Tumble
TUMBLING
Beginner programs are centered around a spiral learning pattern. The year begins with classes focusing on a new skill weekly, then reviewing what was learned in previous weeks. All tumbling levels will learn technique, tumbling terms, build body awareness, and encouraging others, as well as basic balance beam skills. Tumblers may test into new classes from Fall-Winter. Students at each level are encouraged and challenged at their own level.
