Interested in hiring a personal trainer but want something more affordable? Join our personal trainers for Small Group Training. 3-4 individuals will meet with the trainer on a certain day/time for a 4 week session. New training sessions start at the beginning of each month. Offering 1-hour and 30-minute sessions with a variety of options.

March 7, April 4, May 2, June 6, July 4, and Aug. 1.

Our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers will show you the most effective and safest way to reach your goals. Hiring a trainer is a proven method to maintain dedication and eliminate guesswork from your exercise program. Keep in mind that every person is different and the training program must be custom designed for individual needs. 1-hour sessions, 30-minute express sessions and partner training available.
Yoga Therapy
Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy is a one-to-one experience using fully supported postures based on yoga. It combines simple dialogue and breath-work. The benefits include discovering and releasing habitual patterns of physical and emotional tension that are linked to ways of thinking, and being and acting in daily life. People have experienced deep relaxation, greater mental clarity, and relief of stiff muscles and joints. 1-hour sessions, 30-minute express sessions and partner training available.
One On One Pilates
Pilates is a form of exercise that trains the body to function properly. It strengthens the body from the inside out by building core strength and long, lean muscles. Develop functional strength by training on the mat with bands, balls, BOSU and your own body weight. 1-hour sessions, 30-minute express sessions and partner training available.
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. Reiki treats the whole person including body emotions, mind and spirit creating beneficial effect such as relaxation, feeling of peace, security and well-being. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. 1-hour sessions, 30-minute express sessions and partner training available.
Cardio ReBoot
Let’s kick you into shape! Cardiovascular and heart rate training with a personal trainer. Individualized workout on bike, elliptical and treadmill. 1-hour sessions, 30-minute express sessions and partner training available.
