STEPS ACADEMY
The Academy will be based on one main schedule from fall-spring. When you register your child for a class they willremain registered until you let us know they will no longerbe in that class. As long as your child remains registeredyou will be charged for the classes. You may register yourchild anytime during the year and your classes will beprorated. Payments for the class will be set up by automatic payment. You can decide to have it bank drafted or charged to your credit card at 1, 2, 3 or 4 intervals during the fall-spring program. The 2011 sessions run from January 4-June 11. June recital date TBA.

• We highly recommend that students start classes in thefall. It is difficult for the students who arrive in the spring to keep up with the students who have been in class since September. They miss a lot of the basic fundamentals of class.
 

• Try out a new class is on us! Your child may try any class 1 time for free. Call ahead before bringing your child to class to make sure we have room in the class. We do have a limited number of students in each class.
 

• We can no longer allow students to come to class without registering. If you have not signed up for classesbefore Jan. 4, 2011 then you need to bring your receiptshowing payment and registration for the class so theteacher can add your child to the roster.

*Dance *Tumble Classes Dance classes are held in the studio unless otherwise noted. Come try a class one time for free to decide if you like it! Please call ahead to let us know what class you want to try. New students are welcome from September through February. Specific skills and techniques must be learned before moving up a level. Students may stay at the same level for a few years.

CHEERLEADERS

Girls cheer for the YMCA home basketball team and perform a Pom and Cheer routine in the June Recital. Students may register through February.

RECITAL 2010 PLANET EARTH

We start measuring for costumes in January. We hope to have our June recital at S. Elgin High School again this year. Information is posted on the website after the district gives us confirmation. Costume fee’s need to be paid by February 1, and are non-refundable. Girls costume fee is: $55.00 per costume which includes costume and tights. Ticket cost is $10.00 each. COMPARE OUR LOW FEES!
